Werner Reyneke

Werner joined KWP Architects based in Secunda, Mpumalanga as an Architectural Assistant and progressed to the position of Associate. During this period I obtained vast experience in Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Recreational, Institutional and Residential as well as in the Petro-Chemical industries. Duties included all stages of the Architectural profession (WS 1 – 6).

Left KWP Architects to pursue his own Practice, Quantum Architecture. Werner accepted an offer from Osmond Lange Architects and relocate to Gauteng, He furthered his skills in Airport Design (King Shaka International
Airport, OR Thambo), Urban Design as well as Teamwork Management, BIM Management.
Werner was offered Contract work at Project Works, and decided to take up the offer and gain more experience in the design and coordination of services on Tier 4 Data Center Centres (MTN). Werner joined LEMEG Architects, Polokwane in 2012.
Duties included all stages of the Architectural profession (WS 1 – 6) on a vast array of projects.

Deon Stapelberg

DIRECTOR

Deon has over 30 years of experience and has developed expertise in architectural technical development of projects, a wealth of knowledge in construction and site management and contract administration.
His role has been instrumental towards the successful delivery of projects on time and on budget with both established and emerging contractors. Deon helped, over many years, to develop the emerging contractors in the Province, especially on projects like the Jane Furse Police Station, which included single and married residential quarters for staff members. Deon is a registered professional Architect. While studying he worked as an Architectural technologist in 1982-1990 at Theunissen & Jankowitz Architects where he gained extensive experience in prison facilities.

In 1990 he attained his Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Orange Free State. He then joined Osmond Lange Architects in 1990 and R Kirkpatrick & Son, a prominent construction company in 1995. In 2006 Deon joined LEMEG Architects and became a partner in 2008. He worked as lead architect on various projects across multiple sectors

including state, medical, institutional and educational sectors.

Recent projects include Tshipise District Office in Vhembe, Philadelphia Hospital in Dennilton, Medleb Private Hospital in Lebowakgomo and the upgrading of Pietersburg Hospital. Deon worked extensively in the construction sector and managed key projects from the contracting side.

Frans Faul

Health care consultant

National Technical Diploma: Engineering - 1973

Frans has a lifetime of experience in the Health Sector and fulfils the role of Health Facilities Planning as well as a Health Technology expert.

Frans served in the Limpopo Department of Health and Welfare for a period of over 30 years and contributed tremendous effort towards the development of healthcare facilities in the country. His contribution includes amongst other, the management and implementation of facility audits, condition assessment, project management and oversight role over professional consultants as well as over various project management units (PMUs) from various arms in the Limpopo Provincial Government.

Frans was appointed as an expert major task contributor in the development of the current Infrastructure Unit Systems Support (IUSS) norms and standards guideline document. This was a structured collaboration between the National Department of Health (NDoH), the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) and the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and other stakeholders with shared objectives of optimising the acquisition and management of South Africa’s public healthcare infrastructure throughout the infrastructures’ lifecycle.

Tjaart has 20 years’ experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist, He is an expert on Archicad and Archicad Teamwork as well as the whole BIM environment. Experienced on Archicad 6.5 – 27, Currently Using Archicad 27, Bim 360, Lumion, Fieldlens, Wonderlist, Photoshop, Installation of operating systems, Maintenance of the network and changing of hardware for upgrades
